Fit Tips:

Regular Fit: Best for wider feet.
Narrow Fit: Best for those with narrow or slimmer feet.
Ensure that there is approximately 5-10mm of space between your longest toe and the edge of the footbed for proper fit.
Both the Regular and Narrow fits provide comfort and support for a range of foot shapes, but always check the width for the most comfortable choice.

At Mookah, we offer Birkenstock's original footbed in two widths: Regular and Narrow. This allows for variations in individual foot shapes, providing optimal support and comfort.

While this guide is a useful tool, it cannot replace the personalised experience of being fitted by trained staff in-store. How to Measure:

To find the right size shoe, it's important to measure your foot accurately. Follow these steps to determine the correct size and width for your Birkenstocks:

Stand on a flat surface with your full weight on your foot and measure the distance from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
Add 10mm to your foot length to allow your foot some room to move. This will give you the footbed length needed to find your size.
Measure the width of your foot across its broadest point. Compare your foot width measurement to the footbed width in your size to determine if you need a Regular or Narrow fit.

Example:
Julie’s foot measures 240mm long and 95mm wide. By adding 10mm to her foot length, she finds that a Size 39 (250mm Footbed Length) will be the best fit. In that size, the Regular Width footbed of 97mm will comfortably accommodate her foot.

The Birkenstock Gizeh is a stylish all-rounder: extremely versatile yet unbelievably comfortable. Its design and function have remained unchanged since it was introduced in 1983, and the classic thong sandal stands out for its timeless style. Thanks to the buckle, the strap can be individually adjusted to the wearer’s feet. The anatomically shaped thong provides additional support for the toes and guides them back to their natural position.

Love this versatile Z & P dress

As I’ve got older I love clothing in my wardrobe that’s transeasonal, feels fabulous to wear and I like to have pieces I know I’ll wear a lot.
This dress is all of that and looks great on. It’s stylish and yet I can add a funky look too.
